Sometimes you may come across a chest x-ray which shows Bilateral Hilar Lymphadenopathy (BHL), so what differential needs to be considered.

There is a clinical tip here. If there is SYMMETRICAL BHL, consider SARCOIDOSIS unless proved otherwise.
